National Taiwan Normal University Digital Learning Partner Program
Project Spirit and Introduction Utilizing online media to overcome urban-rural spatial barriers, based on companionship and learning, to train university students in using information tools and resources in teaching. Through online real-time companionship and learning, it assists in enhancing the learning motivation and interest of students in remote areas, promoting equal learning opportunities between urban and rural areas. National Taiwan Normal University has been implementing the Ministry of Education's "Digital Learning Partner Program" since the year 107, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to implement the spirit of sustainable development education. Through this program, it aims to enhance the quality of education in remote areas, broaden the learning horizons of rural students, and fulfill the university's social responsibility and practice social justice!
University Companion Service Content Through ten weeks of one-on-one online distance teaching, companionship for students from rural areas. As university students, they also have the power to change society, planting seeds of hope in the hearts of children and bringing out their potential for growth. ▲ Companionship Learning Period: From March 11, 113th academic year (Monday) to May 30, 113th academic year (Thursday) (1-2 fixed time slots per week, serving for a total of 10 weeks, including 20 minutes of preparation time, and 90 minutes of actual class time) Elementary School Service Hours: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 15:30-17:30 Junior High School Service Hours: Tuesday/Thursday 17:30-19:30 ▲ Companionship Subjects: Elementary and junior high school students in rural areas / Chinese, mathematics, natural sciences 113th Year Cooperative Learning Platform Schools Rui Feng Elementary School, Dadu District, Taichung City; Chenggong Elementary School, Dongshi District, Taichung City; Dongbian Elementary School, Taiping District, Taichung City; Maming Elementary School, Waipu District, Taichung City; Dongshan Elementary School, Qingshui District, Taichung City; Pinglin Experimental Junior High School, New Taipei City University Companion Responsibilities
- Continuously complete ten weeks of sincere companionship, without unnecessary tardiness, early departures, or absences
- Create teaching materials independently and write post-course logs
